I build capacity in individuals and settings to:

• Understand, meet and easily evidence their professional standards. (e.g. Teachers' Standards, SENCo Standards & TA Standards)
• Deliver high quality teaching (HQT) in an inclusive environment.
• Review policy and practice and create a pathway for implementation of identified steps for development.
• Work in ways which promote wellbeing and provide staff with the necessary knowledge, skills and resources to 'get the job done'!

Typically when working with me, we will:

• Identify the area for development and clarify the 'brief' so that I can provide you with my most impactful and cost-effective service(s).
• Work along an implementation pathway which not only identifies what needs to be done, when and by who, but focuses on the HOW.
• Agree the level of support you require with your action taking! My focus is always on getting the job done as efficiently as possible.
