Easy access:
In addition to laptop/computer access, an app download is available for 'communication on-the-go' throughout your A & I session.
This offer focuses on a relaxed and Steady pace of communication to enable reflection, planning and (where applicable) implementation!
Session Structure
- After booking the A & I Support session you will receive an email requesting basic information about the area you might be wanting support with. (This can be changed on the day - it is just an initial indication.
- At the start of the booked session: I will send you an opening message to check that our technology works and to confirm that I will be available to read and respond to your messages from that time onwards.
- Typically we would share a steady back-and-forth of messages early in the session to give you the opportunity to share your situation and identify the support you need.
- Thereafter, we will exchange messages at intervals during the day.
This will give you the opportunity to reflect on our conversation and to act on the advice, guidance and sources of information I may give you to inform your next steps reflect on advice and information given and take action independently (e.g. additional reading, writing an action plan / lesson plan / support plan etc. as appropriate.
- At the end of the booked session, we will engage in another steady back-and-forth of messages to reflect on and evaluate the day and identify any next steps.
Please note that this support service will not be a constant conversation throughout the 9 booked hours.
- Our communication throughout the 9 hours is intended to be asynchronous:
i.e. Messages (text and voice) will be transmitted back and forth but not through direct interaction and not necessarily at the same time.
- Typically within an A & I session there will be periods of more frequent messaging and more spaced out communications.
It is planned this way to support your schedule and to enable you to TAKE ACTION IN REAL TIME during the actual support session.
This means that there is no need to free up an entire day to take full advantage of your ACTION & IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT SESSION!
